Got a really nice letter from a fan of the work I did on BT’s This Binary Universe. Ryan says “Your robots have such a stunning life-like quality, as if you caught them mid motion and they froze on your arrival…Your video was my favorite..”

Had a really interesting and inspiring sit down with Brad Holland at his apartment in Soho. As one of the biggest living illustrators today, it was humbling to hear him tell how hard he worked he for his autonomy in his early twenties and now, over thirty years later, how he has to prove his continued relevence.
I posted a sign on the door to the studio today that said the facilities were closed due to measures being taken to deal with the cockroach infestation, signed by the dean.
Had a good laugh about it with those who made it in. We’ll see if I get beat up by those who believed it tomorrow.
