The Idea Box Journal

Started up an bi-annual themed anthology with a comic artist and friend Andres Martinez called Low Tech Modern Comics. It did well last weekend at MoCCA. For the first issue we had ten artists and two writers take on “money” with approximately three pages per person to do with it what they will. We’ll be getting a site together and likely some smaller issues out here and there as well.

Been doing well in contests lately. Awards from Adobe Design Achievement, 3×3 Magazine, and Creative Quartely Magazine.

I’ve become addicted to The Natural History Museum. Perhaps at the end of the summer, if I can keep up going every week or so, I’ll pitch putting a show together.
